At Kiki Rides, we understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for all guests and ensure smooth event planning, we’ve established the following cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation Window (6 Days Prior)

Guests may cancel their ticket up to 6 days before the scheduled event date to receive a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within this timeframe to be eligible.

Within 6 Days of Event

Cancellations made less than 6 days before the event are non-refundable. This includes no-shows and same-day cancellations.

Ticket Transfers

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest at no cost. Please notify us in advance with the new attendee’s name and contact information.

Event Changes or Cancellations by Kiki Rides

If Kiki Rides cancels or significantly changes an event, guests will be offered the choice of:

A full refund, or

A credit toward a future Kiki Rides experience

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Request a Refund or Transfer

Please cancel in eventbrite where you placed your order.

We run on a schedule so everyone can have the best experience possible. Please review our policy regarding late arrivals and no-shows:

Late Arrivals

Guests are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to join the experience once it has begun. Entry after departure is not permitted.

No-Shows

If you fail to arrive at the scheduled meeting time and location, it will be considered a no-show.

Refund Policy for Late Arrivals & No-Shows

All late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. No credits, rescheduling, or transfers will be issued.

Responsibility to Arrive On Time

It is the guest’s responsibility to plan ahead and allow sufficient travel time. We strongly recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes early.

At Kiki Rides, we’re here for a good time—but also a safe and respectful one. By purchasing a ticket and participating in any Kiki Rides experience, you agree to the following conduct guidelines:

Alcohol & Substance Use

Alcohol may be permitted on certain rides; however, excessive intoxication, illegal substance use, or behavior that poses a safety risk will not be tolerated. Kiki Rides reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears overly intoxicated or impaired.

Respectful Conduct

All guests are expected to treat fellow riders, staff, and partners with respect and courtesy. Harassment, aggressive behavior, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

No Fighting, Threats, or Disruptive Arguments

Fighting, threatening behavior, or engaging in verbal altercations or arguments with other riders or staff is strictly prohibited. Any guest involved in such behavior may be denied boarding or removed from the ride at any time.

Right to Refuse Entry or Service

Kiki Rides reserves the right to:

Deny boarding at departure to any guest who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe
Refuse return transportation to any guest whose behavior violates this policy
Remove a guest from the vehicle at any time during the ride if their conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these guidelines

No Refunds for Removal or Denied Entry

Any guest denied boarding, refused return transportation, or removed from the ride due to conduct violations will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.

Compliance with Laws & Driver Instructions

Guests must follow all applicable laws and comply with instructions from the driver and Kiki Rides staff at all times.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Guest Conduct & Safety Policy. Failure to comply may result in removal from the experience without refund.
